To strengthen the standards of service with integrity among the staff of Rangkaian Hotel Seri Malaysia through the handling of complaints and investigation in a transparent, brave and professional manner.

Integrity Unit

The establishment of this Integrity Governance Unit is an internal control initiative by the management of Rangkaian Hotel Seri Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. to manage integrity in the organisation. The Unit is directly placed under the Audit, Risk and Integrity Committee (JARI) under the supervision of Human Resources Division Rangkaian Hotel Seri Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Complaint Management

To receive and ensure action is taken on all information or complaints of disciplinary misconduct and criminal misconduct (channelled to enforcement agencies) by Rangkaian Hotel Seri Malaysia network personnel at all levels.
